Bottle @ Bradβs house Minneapolis. Pours a clear golden appearance with a white head. Straw, herbal, lightly floral, a touch grassy, dull aroma. Somewhat fruity, lemon, a bit tangy, grassy, straw flavor. Easy to drink but nothing special to warrant 100th percentile of the Helles style.

Not a huge amount of taste to it, but plenty of good lager character to make up for it.

12 oz. bottle from a trade. Used a lager glass with a deep gold with amber hue. Decent head retention. Nose of grain, sweet malt and lager yeast. Light sweet and medium bitter with notes of grain, caramel, herbs, Earthy hops. Medium body with a clean finish. More body and texture you would normally get from a lager. Overall: This maybe the best lager I have ever tasted. In the world on lagers, this is real flavorful and dangerously easy to drink. If this was available in New England, I would buy it. Perfect for summer. A real nice everyday kind of brew! I tip my ball cap to Great Lakes on another fine brew.

Bottle. Aroma reminds me of sweet tea with lemon. Hazy amber with a moderate off-white head and spotty lacing. Caramel malt and light herbal hops flavor. Creamy medium body. At first sip I wasnβt so sure, but then it grew on me.

A very good lager, maybe one of the best Iβve had. It also is maybe the perfect example between a finely crafted beer and the macro swill. The first taste is true lager, but you can absolutely tell that there are high quality ingredients here.

Bottle from coldbrewky, many thanks. Golden color with small white head. Aroma of malt, hops and fruity syrup. Taste, strongly in floral hops, than some orange hints. Nice light bitter finish.
