330ml bottle from The Offy Whitstable. Pours hazy dark, tan head. Strange earthy notes.. wet moss and soil, tempered carb.. not very good if I'm honest.. good lord indeed 🙏

3/8/2019. Bottle at the Wrocław Grand Prix bottle share, from County Fayre, Folkestone. Pours clear dark brown with an average size bubbly beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, light roasted malt, light coffee, dark fruit and vanilla. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and hint of tartness. Medium body, slight oily and watery texture, soft carbonation. Bit watery to finish, fine otherwise.

Cask at the Claret. It pours black with a thick tan head. The nose is earthy roast, quite muted, toast, coffee grounds, liquorice and light spice. The taste is smooth, soft bitterness, earthy roast, liquorice, chocolate, light peppery spice and mild acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. All quite mellow and soft. Easy drinking, but not a whole lot to it.

Bottle shared at chriso’s May 2014 tasting - London. Pours clear brown with a tan cream head. The aroma is a little odd, with notes of milk chocolate, earth and...tea. Light sweet flavor with charred malts, leather, earth, cocoa. Light bodied with fine/average carbonation. Sweet finish with notes of chocolate, tobacco and wet earth. OK.
