Sample from tap @ Carnival Brettanomyces 2015, in Prael proeflokaal. Almost black color. Light beige head with a thin layer retention. Aroma’s: roast, drop/licorice, salty. Retronasal: lactose, light sour, roasted, light drop. Flavor is moderate sweet, light sour, ight zoete drop. Light bodied. Finish is roasted, bitter chocolate. Pretty nice actually.

Draft at De Prael. Pours near black with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, toffee, caramel, oak barrel notes and light vinous notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with very soft carbonation.
