The ultimate malt bomb, tons of caramel and dried fruit and cereal grain, with a touch of candy apple and baking spice. Delicious.

Dark amber with small head. Cherry, toffee malt, wood smoke,a nd hay aroma. Moderately sweet light cherry, toffee malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Very nice.

Can. Copper amber incolor with a two finger white head. Taste and aroma is roasted grains with hints of caramel but not overly sweet.

6 oz. pour as part of a flight at Three Casks, Nashville airport. Dark brown (maple syrup) w/nice sparkle, ring of head & no lacing. Aroma is toasted malt and brown bread. Taste is strong toasted malt, sweet brown bread. Smooth, average carbonation and finish as taste. Good strength.

Dark amber pour. Bright caramel and brown sugar nose. Scotch taste with caramel notes and a light scotch palate.

Draft at Craft Brewed for Half Batch event. Toasted toffee forward nose, faint cacao notes. Sorghum, toffee on the palate. Well-balanced. Nice peppery hops on the finish.
