CBC. Dark red with pink head. Aroma is fruit, baking yeast, raspberries and caramel. Flavour is malt, fruit, raspberries, baking yeast, little sour, wood and medium sweet.

CBC. Hazy dark red with a pink head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberry and light wood. Flavor is quite sweet and slightly acidic. Sweet and slightly acidic finish. 020515

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours dark red with a pink head, lacings. Aroma of yeast, caramel, tart fruit, raspberry, little cream. Flavor is light sour, yeast, tart fruity, raspberry, wood, cream. Medium body, average carbonation, light acidic. 020515

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a hazy dark pink with a big pink frothy head. The aroma is big creamy yeast, blackberry. The flavour is moderate sour with a smooth doughy biscuit malt, acid citrus palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Kinda liked this one and didn’t expect to like it at all!

Tap@CBC 2015, Red Session - pours reddish with a white pinky head. Sour fruity berry aroma and taste, acidic, grapes, light vinegar, some great wood notes to this, funky, light floral, tart on the palate, dry tart finish.

Keg at the 4th Copenhage Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Claret topped with a decent Crimson cap. Nose is tangy berry, funk, straw, raspberry pips, light balsa wood. Taste comprises funky berry strokes, wood must, citric tinged straw, musty, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light puckering close. Ok sour, a pretty approachable number.

CBC Red Session. Keg. Hazy purple - mauve beer, small pink head. Palate is light and dry with mild fine carbonation. Nice berry fruits, Dry seltzer. Mild sourness. Dry finish. Nice.

[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 3rd session. Purple with an amazing thick pink head. Lactic milky aroma with raspberries and wood. Sourish flavor, milky, with raspberries. Very good.

Pours hazy red and pink head. Aroma has notes of malt, yougurt, raspberries, cherry, tartness and funk. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter and light sour with a long fruity, funk, slightly dry and tart finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
