375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a nice barnyard funk, with gentle wild bretty notes, and some leather. Flavour follows accordingly, with a nice barnyard funk character - moderate horse blanket and leather in there nicely. The funk is overwhelming and the whole thing is on the mellower side without being weak. Nicely constructed. Excellent stuff.

Bottle shared. Pours clear orange with a small white head. Notes of heavy esters, especially on the nose, almost saison-like. Bubblegum, cellar, cheese. Reminds me of fantome in a way. Flavor has a little more acidity than expected, rounding out the heavy esters. Actually quite interesting. Would love to see how this ages with some years.

Dark golden colour, small white head. Aroma has horseblanket funkyness and fruits. Light to medium-bodied. Tart and crisp. Funky wild yeast, green apple, oak, grapefruit in the flavour. Sharp and tasty lambic.
