From corked bottle. Golden color. Gooseberries in the aroma. Moderately sour flavor. Very fruity. lemon, gooseberries. A good mix of complexty and sourness. Oak in the finish. Once again a very good geuze, with a brilliant aroma.

Bottle, bottled 1/2019. Color: Hazy orange golden, white head. Aroma: A lot of wild yeast funk, horseblanket, tart berries. Taste: Moderate tart and sweet. A lot of barnyard and horseblanket funk, wood, white berries, some lemon, grape, citrus, green apple and straw. Dry mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Light bitterness, somewhat more bitterness at finish. Nice complexity and balance. Great Dutch 'Geus'.

Bottle big thanks to LKS. It pours clear golden with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, funky, lemon sherbet, granny smith apple, hay, floral and a touch of pickle juice. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, puckering, granny smith apple, gherkin, pickle juice, lemon sherbet, and soda water with like with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Decent.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Steele! Pours clear honey gold with a growing, foamy white head. Very approachable stuff, has some age difference pale wood, grass, moderate acidity, a little salt, lemon. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Lightly drying finish, more grass, a little flinty minerality, more citric tang, mild funk. Quite nice overall.
