12 oz bottle from work. Aroma is mango, passionfruit, strawberry, alcohol. Pours clear new penny copper with a thick bone-white head with good retention. Taste is moderately to highly bitter with flavors of tropical fruit, grapefruit pith, booze. Alcohol seems strong in this considering the somewhat modest ABV. Looking at the bottle, I see it's 7% ABV, not 6% like it says up there in the description. It's not bad, but I was expecting much more from this.

On tap at Ballast Point Miramar. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of pineapple, hops and some light spices. The same in the taste. The finish was rather bitter.

Draft - Light funky citrus. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky and bitter citrus with a dry finish. Not as good as original.

On tap at Ballast Point - Scripps Ranch, pours a cloudy creamsicle golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued brett, with some pithy stone fruits in there. Flavour is very bitter, with tons of piney hops, aggressive brett and a bone dry aggressive astringency on the finish. Rather extreme beer, but it works well. Nicely done.
