16oz can. Quite an awesome session IPA. None of the thin, watery, seltzery feel. Really nice Mosaic tone, solid malt backdrop, not too heavy but not too thin. Really just nails it. Great beer, great balance.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/4/2017. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is an excellent session IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome mosaic showcase. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a nice solid pale malt backbone for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Held up amazingly considering the age of the can.

On tap at Ebenezer's, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a soapy hop character, with a dry biscuity malt base. Flavour is similar, with a floral, bordering on soapy, hop character and a dry biscuity malt base. Too soapy, but not bad.

On draft, pours a slightly hazy yellow gold, medium white head. Big juicy hop aroma of tropical fruit, apricots, a bit of a grassy note. Taste is amazingly strong, wouldn’t know it was a session IPA. Nice bitter finish.
