Super Session #8 is designed to be a light and refreshing beer with low alcohol, yet the full hop character of a Session IPA. Each beer in our Super Session series is brewed with with the same malt base and specialty malts but features a different single-hop variety. Super Session #8 is brewed with copious amounts of Mosaic hops.

On draft, pours a slightly hazy yellow gold, medium white head. Big juicy hop aroma of tropical fruit, apricots, a bit of a grassy note. Taste is amazingly strong, wouldn’t know it was a session IPA. Nice bitter finish.

Can enjoyed in Portland. Pours unclear gold with a creamy white topping. Nice pithy citrus snout, dry pale mats, tangerine, grapefruit. Light sweet flavour, white crisp and pithy, more tangerine and grapefruit, mild rindy bitterness. Light in body with average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly drying, more pithy and rindy citrus character. Stellar sessioner.

Clear bright golden color fluffy white head. Aroma of earthy lemon and grapefruit. Taste is earthy, almost dank mixed citrus. Very nice.

On tap at EatBar, pours a clear gold, white head. Zippy nose. Soap, green grass, herbs. Flavor has more lemon and orange, green grass, scallion. Dry, zippy finish.

Draft pour at Churchkey. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was super dank, resinous. Really juicy character, lots of mango, pine, with some pineapple. This beer is pretty bold, but still pretty smooth.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear golden copper color with a finger of foam that lingers. Prickly pear, grapefruit and light pineapple aromas with pine and a good amount of dank. Clean and bitter on the palate, with some fruity tropical notes, citrus and medium - low malt. Finish has nice bitterness. Not watery like a lot of session IPAs. 12 ounce can at District Taphose in NYC. Light gold pour. Moderate foamy beige head. Floral hop aroma. Pine and citrus rule the roost. Crackers malt backbone. Some juiciness and light tropical fruit hops upfront. Smooth and drinkable, for sure. Low ABV makes this a real session brew. Start with this and then move to Sip of Sunshine to close the deal.

Tap at Five Horses Tavern, Boston. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, citrus, some minerals, hops and malts.
