Pour at State of Origin 2018. Lovely peach forward nose with musty brett, wet hay and bright muscat notes. Tart on the palate with a young peach note alongside white wine acidity. Oak, wine and more peach on the palate with some woody and leafy flavors as well. Feels light and bright on the palate. Smooth finish with spritzy carbonation. Very enjoyable.

Bottle from the source. Crystal clear golden color small white head. Beautiful aroma of peaches in white wine, reminds me of trips to Italy when I was a youngster. Taste is softly sour peach, more white wine, light tannins. Slightly undercarbonated but otherwise delicious.

On tap at the Ocelot anniversary, pours a muddy gold, slurry head, lemon yogurt nose, briny, a little brackish. Flavor is lemon, dandelion, yogurt, mignonette for oysters. Finishes oily and tart.
