Captain’s Log: 1938. A young boy is homebound. Suddenly all sounds go mute and he is shrouded in light. He disappears without a trace. 30 years later he returns. He speaks of space monks and distant galaxies. Some call him messiah, some call him the devil. After a while the world forgets about the boy, but he swears to go back. That boy was me.

Backlog august 2016. Clear golden body under a fading off-white head. Aroma has malt, citric fruits and slightly spicy. Taste is malty with citric fruits, some acidity and spicy saison yeast. Balanced and nice in taste, fine body and pleasant aftertaste. Nice one.

Draught. Ambery golden colour with a small off-white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is brett, some fruits, mild wood and some bready malts. Flavour is bready malts, some yeast, mild herbs as well as some spruce and wood.

Keg at six degrees north Edinburgh. Pours golden orange, nose is tomato, funk, fruity, taste is light fruit, thin, watery.

KØLF 120816. Deep golden-orange color with an off-white head. Aroma is oranges, malt, hop, yeast, caramel, lemon. Flavor is oranges, malt, hop, yeast, caramel, funk, brett, lemon. Nice beer.

Uklar brun farge med hvitt skum. Lukter av korn og noe gjær. Smaker sure frukter, grape og noe krydder. Søtsur med svakt pepper avslutning.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, jäst, citrus, jord, aprikos med toner av karamell . Torr, lätt kropp och fin maltsötma, bra balans, beska med smak av citruszest med toner av grapefrukt.
