Draft at Southern Grist 3rd Anniversary. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely apricot and peach dominated nose with some apricot skin and stone as it warms. Smooth with a light peach sweetness mid-palate then moving towards young peach and apricot tartness. Lingering skin and stone on the finish with some light bitterness.
