Grisette is inspired by the soft session beers of Belgium. The blond color, notes of floral European hops and delicate, dry finish create a complex, yet very approachable beer. This farmhouse table beer was aged in wine barrels with Brettanomyces for six months. [Released 5/6/2018]

Soft, smooth and slightly oaky with some lemon, citrus and zesty grapefruit. Easy going but complex, pretty crushable.

Taster showing dark gold with sparse white foam.

The nose shows moderately intense notes of oak, malt, and light barnyard.

The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Lightly tart with refreshing and gentle notes of barnyard, peach, and brett.

Bottle sampled at Ace&Kees festival. Hazy bright yellow golden with white head. Soft funk, lemon, wheat, lemon balm. Lots of tart grains with citrus-like herbs, fresh cut wood, and a light touch of flowers and cream. Soft mineral finish. Almost medium sour, light bitter and quite light sweet. Under medium bodied with medium dry finish. Nice.
