Farmhouse Ale brewed with the Omega Saisonsteins Monster Strain then 300kg of New Zealand Black Doris Plums added. Inspired by Andrew sneaking backstage and hanging out with Crowded house in Brussels 11 years ago. Apparently in the 90's they where considered to be as big as the Beatles in Brussels. Belgium yeast and NZ fruit. What a combo!

Tap at Heart of Darkness, Singapore. Poured a hazy reddish amber with a thin white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, yeast, peachy fruit. The flavour is moderate to light sour, light sweet, with a light, crisp, yeasty, light acidic, mineral cheesy, light tart dry peachy palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
