On tap at Wakefest. Pours a cloudy gold with small white head. The aroma is nectarine flesh, lemon zest, oak. Thin body, nectarine, citrus, puckering sour, very nice.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, cloudy straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry funky fruity, unripe nectarine, fruit stones, soda powder, minerals, grass, oak, sorrel, citrus, light malts, overripe nectarine, berry skin. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, soda powder, fruit stones, hay, flowers, minerals, berry skin, unripe nectarine, grass, oak, berry skin, light malts. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Monticello Dairy Bottle Share, 8/1/16. Bottle shared at the Aug. 2016 Hazy pale yellow, medium fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of funk, stone fruit, wood, pepper. The taste is lemon, funk, pepper, funk, pale malt. Medium bodied, lingering tartness.
