Fruity and mildly dry saison. Only imperial in the sense that it has more alcohol. It has too much CO2 though, which is a bit annoying.

On tap @ De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. Hazy golden with a big white head. Yeasty, fruity, slightly sour aroma and taste. Nice beer, looking forward to another one.

Tap @ DDDH, medium sample. Slight hazy oange color, medium off-white head. Aroma is slight spicy, bit fruity. Slight bitter, bit sweet. Like most saisons from tap, could be a bit more dry. Strange to say, but from tap they are most of the times a bit too full-bodied and/or chewy. Still, ok stuff though.

Tap @ De Drie Dorstige Herten. Hazy orange colour with an off-white head. Nose is spicy, yeasty and fruity. Flavour is spicy, fruity, bit of yeast. A bit alcoholic. Medium carbonation.

On tap at the wildeman. Very thick creamy white head. Cloudy golden pour. Some pepper. Alcohol well hidden.

Draft at In De Wildeman. Pours cloudy golden with a medium off white head. Aroma of saison yeast, fruits, banana, citrus and sweet malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
