On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Pours pitch black, topped with a smaller beige head, nonlasting. Medium smokey nose with a bit of bacon. Gentler bitterness and a bit of chocolate sweetness. Slightly roasted. Hints of soury grains. Medium light body. Gentley smoked, just right for my tolerance.

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter en rook met iets van bittere chocolade, zwarte koffie en ietwat vanille. Best lekker, alleen wat waterig.

Tap at TCBW 2018. Pours dark brown with brownish head. Aroma is smokey, hammy, malty, sweet. Flavor is sweet and bitter, smoke, ham, roast, malt. Finish has some chocolate. Overall: very good, love the hammy smoked beers.

Tap at TCBW. Almost opaque brown-ruby colour, good beige head. Smokey but perfumic nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Smokey, toasted flavour. Clean and balanced. This may work with many foods.
