Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700. [ As Dry & Bitter Mahogany ].Murky medium amber brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark mat, toasted, sweet malt, caramel - toffee - nutty, moderate hoppy, citrus, warm fruit, light tart notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, warm fruit, nutty, dusty, caramel, toasted, bread. Tap. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, nut and dusty. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, bread, nut, dusty, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a thin off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, nutty, light charcoal, light sweet caramel. The flavour is light bitter sweet with a light watery sweet caramel malt, dry charcoal liqouirce hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Very light and watery. The finish is important and this beer left a light and watery impression which is what people will remember.
