Aroma of malts, caramel, fruits, yeast, aromatic hops. Flavour is malty caramel sweetness, quite yeasty, with some hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Not your typical IPA, more malty caramel oriented than tropical fruit hoppiness.

33cl bottle (Vintage 2019, bottled 01/02/2020, 31/01/2023, 6,5%) from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: medium, egg-white, good retention. C: coppery, light hazy. A: malty, orange, citrus, bit nutty, caramel, grapefruits, biscuits. T: medium malty base, orange, citrus, decent long lasting bitterness, bit pine, grapefruits, soft carbonation, bit herbal, very good if you like really bitter IPA.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro at his birthday. Dull slight hazy brown with beige head. Massive dank green hops, tea, herbal, soft flowers, bergamot, caramel, bread. Solid medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied. Much better than the earlier version I had but still too English for me.
