First shot of the day. Lovely! Dry, grainy, earthy bitterness. Not sure but it seems a bit more bitter than their standard saison. House saison at this great cafe. Didn't try the house de la Senne Tripel.

On tap at Verschueren, Brussels on 30th January 2025. Slightly hazy golden amber with shallowing off-white foam and full lacing. Spicy, herby maltiness in aroma. Lush spiced maltiness with herby hops, bitterness and earthy pungencies. A bitter, grassy finish. Light bodied with crisp and zingy textures. A well crafted saison.

Tap at Brasserie Verschueren, with Matthijs, 18th November 24. Pours clearish. Aromas of yeast and fresh hops, aromatic, taste is refreshing, fresh grass, hay and floral notes, good hoppy saison
