Blend of lambics aged on average 16 to 18 months and of Merlot grapes.
Lambic can be rightly considered the missing link between the worlds of wine and beer, and Saint Lamvinus takes this one step further by adding grapes normally intended for wine production.
Intense, fruity beer that lingers on the palate and has a clear connection to its winemaking origins.

From tap at AmmutsØn 25.11.23 after seeing La Bohéme at Vienna State Opera. Shiny red. Pink head. Excellent aroma and taste of brett, sour red berries and moderate bitternesss. Long aftertaste. Complex and very tasty!

Poured from the tap. Purple ish red with small white head. Very vinous, soft gentle funk in the background. Enjoyable.

Bottle at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Clear ruby body with a light pink head that fades. Lively carbonation. Aroma of raspberry and cooking apple. Flavour of tart raspberry, cranberry and lemon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Clean, tart and refreshing.
