Bottle courtesy of theJvd at Mr Hangover’s 2014 Nieuwjaarsborrel, Den Haag. Poured a hazy dark brown with no life at all. The aroma is citrus acid. The flavour is medium sour with a smooth vinous light acid woody palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. Really liked this. Nice and smooth with lots of flavour.

Bottle @ Fynsk Brunsviger er kommet til Ulfborg for at blive , som streger i dine hvide underbukser. Day 2. Pours dark brown nearly black with a small bubbly head. Tart and vomiting flavor. Dusty roast, cherries and acetone. In-elegant and rough.

Bottle, 375ml corked. An unclear, brown beer with a small, off-white head. Acetone and some roasted hints in the aroma, hints of vinegar. Pretty vinegar sour flavor with some acetone and roasted malts. Some fruityness too, mostly dried fruits. Medium body, quite dry and tart on the palate, rather flat. Vinegar and some acetone in the lightly roasted finish. A rather disappointing one. 140118
