Bottle. Black. Peat dominating the aroma. Malty sweet peaty, has thinned because of the barrel aging. Caramel, hint of roast. Whisky.

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, peat, smoke, booze. Taste: Roasted malt, hints of coffee, pretty strong Bowmore notes, although the balance between the base beer and the BA is still ok. Some peat and smoke, sweetish and bit boozy. Moderate to medium sweet and medium to above medium bitterness. Long lasting dark roasted malt finish with hints of coffee, very bitter palate and subtle peaty notes. Over medium body, soft carbonation. Ok beer, but I'm missing some body and complexity of the base beer, compared with the original LOC 94 I've tasted some months ago.
