sample at the brewery, of the tank. Shared with Gnoff. pours clear golden, light white head. Aroma and taste, plenty of hops, floral notes with some citrus elements. Really can start telling that Thomas brewerd in Ireland, and has a good influence of the British style beers.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with a very delicious hoppy note as well as light notes of grapefruit. The flavor is sweet malty with flowery and grapefruity notes of hops as well as light notes of alcohol, leading to a dry and rather bitter finish. Brewed with Cascade both for aroma and bittering, East Kent Golding for bittering, and Northern Brewer for aroma. Malt is Vienna, Munich, and wheat. 50 IBUs.
