This beer is a variant of our La Collina foeder-aged saison. This rotating series of beers will feature different fruits, herbs, and flowers to both accentuate and marry with this unique yeast strain. This version contains lemon to accentuate the citrus notes and lavender to add some floral notes.

375ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral-herbal and citrusy fruity aroma, notes of lemon, lemon peel, lavender, lemon balm, a touch of bath salt, salted lemon. Taste is dry, tart-ish, citrusy fruity, slightly herbal, minimally floral, notes of lemon, lemon peel, lavender, a touch of bath salt, lemon balm, salted lemon; prickly carbonation.

Bottle, thanks to Mansquito. Pours cloudy pale lemon yellow with large foamy white head, sharp lemon aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish lemon peel taste with strong lavender flavor, thin body, long lemon-lavender finish. Lavender is too overpowering for me.

Bottle from the brewery: pours a sediment laden with a white head. Aroma is lemon, funk, and loads of lavendar. Taste is lightly sour, flowery, not sweet, very dry. A little soapy... because of the lavendar.
