We make Wit The Funk with tradition in mind. Brewed with orange peel and coriander and fermented with wit yeast, brettanomyces, and our Terreux house mixed culture. Aged in oak foeders until final maturation, the result is a complex beer that's tart, funky, oaky, citrusy, and super drinkable. Sure, it takes longer, but WTF? It's worth it.

Reviewed from notes.
On tap at Ken's Pizza, Burlington, VT.
Appearance: milky orange color with a quickly dissipating head that didn't leave any lace.
Aroma: oranges, funky, peaches, coriander, grassy hops, Bretty sour, oak and extra citrusy scents
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a very nicely balanced tart, funky, sour, sweet and citrusy quality; finishes funky, tart and citrusy
Texture: light to medium bodied, between being a sipper and being sessionable, subtle smoothness but plenty of tart to sour harshness on the tongue
Overall: nicely done funky fruity ale well worthy of returning to.
