Can shared tonight at the meeting. Slightly hazy small off white head. Resinous earthy pine with a bit of sweet bready malt. I went back a couple of times to revisit this one, its pretty good.

Undated can from Fort Point Market, drunk 3/5/16.
Very lightly hazy, amber-waxen color has some light auburn hues and a white head atop showing moderate retention.
Light pine, tangerine and vanilla in the nose show a good mix of both malt and hop, with very light caramel with warming and lots of pine and mango. The acidity isn’t heavy and it’s still quite fragrant though a good deal of this is malt-driven. No alcohol from the nose, nor flaw.
Malty in the texture with some caramel malt sweetness showing up in greater quantity than is usual for the NE juice bomb IPA (which this is not). Some minor tropical fruit flavors exist, primarily dry pineapple and light mango, but it’s very strong in the pine and orange rind department, despite not being overly resinous. Moderate carbonation is ample and fairly tight, though not o the extent of some of the best breweries. Bit more caramel and toast lingering on the finish, with no alcohol or flaw. Another solid offering from these guys in one of the hardest categories to break in to in the beer world (New England IPA scene). Excited to see them continue to improve and evolve.

Four pack of 16 oz. can’s purchased at Redstone Stoneham, MA location. Sticker on the four pack reads canned 1/6/2016. Unclear ornage color with some lasting white head in the snifter, light legs. Aroma has a decent amount of fruit with Crystal and caramel malts. As this warms and opens up, mild pine as well. Nice pleasant inviting aromas.
Flavor shows the pine throughout the entire sip and almost overrides the fruit and malt. As far the malt is concerned, it is a medium body with the sweetness subdued by a strong pine. (Simcoe?) Too me it comes off as a Simcoe hop pellet.
Overall this has a reasonable drinkability. Based off this brew I would be happy to try more from this very young Massachusetts brewery.
