Chili Lime Guava Gose • Born of @bobbyrolandi’s love of tajin spice, bodega tacos, 90’s hip-hop, and margaritas, we bring you a totally lime-a-licious, salty sour, with an added layer of pink guava & a light capsaicin kick from of Mexican guajillo chiles on the finish. Perfect for stoop-sippin’ while listening to Pharcyde & The Beastie Boys in the yum-yum-yummertime sun.

Can from Tavour. Pours clean hazy gold - sort of half grapefruit juice color - with a white head. Aroma of guava (the nice pink kind - not the green kind) and lime. Approaching med body. Flavor starts with guava, moves to lime, shows some capsaicin, and moves back towards guava. Salt for sure, and the chiles aspect is always background. Very, very refreshing.

On tap at Arts & Crafts Amsterdam Ave. Pours gold. Tart, lemon, floral, strong salinity but without any bready notes. Light. Excellent.
