Very good, just cream-coloured head, very fine & dense over orange-amber beer. Reasonably intense, fruity/citrussy hops, touch of banana; passion fruit, nectarine, lunaria, orange & grapefruit; some resin Quite bitter-hoppy, but essentialy very aromatic. Flavours disintensify rather quickly, but generally keeping balance, and inviting to get more. Bitter rosewater. Light to medium bodied, very spritzy carbonation, refreshing. Actually quite excellent. Rather rare to find an IPA that is neither too light for its own hopoverdose, too unidimensional, or just too boring.

330ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Caramel malty aroma, minimally piney and floral hoppy overtones. Taste is caramel malty with a nuttily touch, moderately bitter hoppy overtones with a floral touch.

Bottle shared with (and courtasy of) the brewers of Bdin. Pours a slightly hazy deep orange colour with a small, off-white head. Lots of hops in the aroma along with some pine, caramel and ammonia. The flavour is more sweet but still has a lot of fruty hops. A bit strange bitter taste in the end. Slick and soft mouth feel, and has a light to medium bitterness. A straight forward and hoppy IPA with a nice balance.

12th August 2013Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Almost clear amber beer. Small white head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Sweetish malt, trace of caramel. The malt is a little more dominant than the sweetish marmalde hops. Finishes sweet. Very drinkable, if a bit sweet.

From a 330ml bottle on 25/5/2013. Pours a cloudy deep golden with a big foamy head. Has a slight and unremarkable bitter, fruity aroma. The flavour features sweet and sour citrus (orange and lemon), and a touch if grapefruit. The bitterness is quite pronounced but it’s missing s bit of malt character. Medium body and carbonation. Okay, but sits fairly low in the world of IPAs.
