The beer in your hand was our first seasonal, the first keg we ever kicked, and our original best seller. It's cloudy appearance isn't transparent, but we'd like to take a moment of your time to be. We don't brew Hefeweizen for any other reason than this.....We.... Love...... Hefeweizen. We love the apricot our yeast strain presents alongside it's banana, clove, bubble gum and vanilla aromas. We love the rich & fresh doughy malt character with the ever so subtle earthy & floral hop flavors. We love that we can pack so much flavor and aroma into such a refreshing and easy pint. We think you'll love it too.

24/6/2018. Draught at Rock & Reillys, 3743 Las Vegas Blvd. Pours cloudy orange amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of banana, clove, bubble gum and toffee. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, hint of sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

12oz can pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white. Nose is nice clove banana bread spice malts some vegetable notes. Taste is nice at first with the clove spice banana notes then a metallic vegetable oddness.

Can. Pours a true golden color with a thick, but short lived white head. Aroma is sweet, bananas and light yeast. Some cloves. Tastes sweet, minimal bitters. Banana, fruity yeast, light spice. Very smooth, no edges whatsoever. A little muted in flavor intensity.

A hazed golden weizen with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, lychee, and pineapple. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with light cloves, pineapple, light and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Sample at Khoury’s in Henderson, NV. Slightly hazy bright orange color with a medium white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of wheat, bananas and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, banana and bready malt. The finish is sweet with a fruity and wheaty aftertaste.
