Draught @ Brewpub Kobenhavn, Vestergade 29, 1456 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark black brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, toffee, sweet coffee, light burnt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark roasted, burnt malt bitter, chocolate, dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. To much roasted - burnt malt for me, maybe it is the coffee ! [20110401]
