A riff on our tripped-out Kettle Sour series, this Acid Blend is brewed with a touch of sweet Lactose and conditioned on gobs upon gobs of Passionfruit Purée + Guava Purée.
Lightly sour with notes of freshly sliced passionfruit, sticky guava, fluffy whipped cream, and tart citrus.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Draught @ the brewery. Hazy orange with very small frothy off-white head, guava aroma, medium carbonation, medium sour taste with light bitterness, guava-passion fruit flavor, thin body, long sour finish. Not bad, but not great either.
