Hazy, cloudy, blurry, foggy, fuzzy IPA. Whatever you call it, let’s be in the New Wave. Fluffy and crisp, it’s all about an easy decision.

Can picked up from the Peders Finback event, Copenhagen (14/08/2022) - Loads of grapefruit and pineapple on the open, sticky resinous piney hops, spring onion, medium sweet malty backing, grassy and herbal hoppy resinous bitter action into the finish. Nice.

!6 ounce can. Caned on 1/28/22. pale yellow gold pour is a bit cloudy. Large frothy beige head leaves excellent lacing. Pleasant tropical citrus aroma leans toward Meyer lemons, Kefir limes and passion fruit. A hint of green onion as well. Flavor is soft grain, hay, clover, lemon, lime and ripe pineapple. finishes with a nod toward green onion and pine. soft and supple on palate, though assertive enough to not be too sweet. Enjoyable.

Fairly hazy golden and straw coloured body with a thin, single to two centimetre tall off-white and creamy tan head that stays afloat for a while here. Aroma of citrus fruits, hay, grass, flowers and light grain with a hint of alpha acids and real bitterness from the hops. Medium-bodied; Strong dry and floral notes show at first with a crisp grassy and perfumey flavour from the hops with a nice, but subdued bitterness and some enjoyable fruit notes make this enjoyable throughout. Aftertaste is crisp, robust and showing both a good dash of hops and some richer, but still deep hop bitterness with the fruits being strongest. Overall, a nice and enjoyable New England IPA that's very hazy and full of fruits, but still dry, crisp and perfumey with a nice balance struck here. Great to have, especially super fresh here in town. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Urban Barley in New York (31st at Broadway), New York on 20-December-2021 for US$7,39 [expensive!] sampled on the streets and in my hotel room here in New York, New York on 20-December-2021.
