Vicaris Triple is a soft and accessible beer with fruity notes, highly recommended to both trained and untrained beer lovers. The mild bitterness and slightly malty tones give this beer a delicious aftertaste. The high fermentation and cold storage on the other give it a pleasant mouthfeel.
Thanks to the authentic brewing method of brewery Dilewyns, this golden-coloured beer has a solid and creamy head.

From tap @In de Wildeman. Hazy pale golden colour, a lot of bubbles, one finger frothy white head, mostly lasting, good lacing. Aroma fruity, citrus, lemon grass, grapefruit, coriander, yeast, herbal. Taste light fruity sweet, medium bitter, citrus hops; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry and fresh bittersweet finish, citrus, herbal notes. Alcohol well hidden, a very nice light and hoppy tripel.

Bottled from speciaalbierpakket.nl, BB 29/10/16, large sample, served in a trappist glass. Hazy golden color, big frothy lasting off-white head. Aroma of grainy malts, some mashed apples, slight spicy. Bit sweet, slight flowery bitterness, bit spicy. Finishes a bit dry, slight metallic hint. Medium to high carbonation, thin to medium bodied. Seems to have a bit of oxidation with the metallic notes and mashed apples. Bit disappointing actually from this brewery, maybe should retry.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out pears, oxidation, cardboard, yeast soup and some earthy mustiness. Flavour brings out notes of pears, apple, Belgian yeast and some oxidation (it's a new-ish bottle). Quite yeasty, musty and highly carbonated. Certainly not one of the better, more complex tripels out there, but it's drinkable enough. Decent.

Bottle: Poured a bright golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of spicy peppery notes with medium sweet malt notes is bang on style. Taste is also dominated by peppery yeast with some medium sweet Belgian malt notes and light fruity notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very enjoyable beer and brew according to style.
