Apperance: It has a natural haze with the hints of warm colors, reminds of dark pinkish orange.
Aroma: On the nose you might sense the characteristic smell of juniper seeds and the spicy notes drives from rosemary and yeast. On the background floral and red fruits come smoothly.
Flavor: On the palate, MAYHOŞ has a light to medium body and long finish; it is refreshing, spicy, little tart and dry. Ginger like, a reminder of red fruits (which we think like it does, especially strawberry), with the tart feeling on both sides of your tongue left by lovely hibiscus.

17/7/2026. Bottle from Papyon Tobacco Alkol Shop, Antalya, Türkiye. Enjoyed 21/7/2026 at La Maja Hotel on the balcony. Pour is hazy, pinkish amber and a little bitty. Aroma is herbal, peppery, hibiscus with a cheap cola backdrop. Touch resiny. Moderately sweet, peppery, herbal, with rosemary and thyme. Moderate body, quite oily, average carbonation. Not unenjoyable.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Işıl - thank you very much!]. Cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Mainly herbal and fruity aroma, minimally resinous and piney, hoppy overtones, rather neutral, wheaty malty background, notes of rosemary, hibiscus, some rose hip, a touch of pine needles, juniper berry, whiffs of bath salt. Taste is sweet-ish, and tart-ish, herbal and fruity, widely disguised, minimally wheaty, malty basis, notes of hibiscus, rose hip, some rosemary, a touch of juniper berry, a dry, mildly bitter, hoppy touch of resin, pine needles.
Oily-watery texture, slightly dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, harmonious, balanced, refreshing - enjoyable.
