330ml bottle [courtesy of Işıl - thank you very much!]. Cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber colour with small, frothy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Mainly herbal and fruity aroma, minimally resinous and piney, hoppy overtones, rather neutral, wheaty malty background, notes of rosemary, hibiscus, some rose hip, a touch of pine needles, juniper berry, whiffs of bath salt. Taste is sweet-ish, and tart-ish, herbal and fruity, widely disguised, minimally wheaty, malty basis, notes of hibiscus, rose hip, some rosemary, a touch of juniper berry, a dry, mildly bitter, hoppy touch of resin, pine needles.
Oily-watery texture, slightly dry, simultaneously minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, harmonious, balanced, refreshing - enjoyable.

Bottle from local supermarket around the hotel. Quite pine-ish and herbal saison. Yup rosemary and juniper are quite well readable. Brave combo, for Turkey.

0,5l from bottle at North Sea Irish Pub, Mersin. BB 13.02.2020. copper hazy color, small white head. Smells lemon grass, herbal, earthy, thyme, lightly critic. Nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes lemon grass, earthy, bit malty, herbal, thyme. Finishes dry and lightly bitter with notes of lemon grass, thyme and earthy notes. Good one, quite good to drink 7, 4, 7,3, 14
