BB Brown Ale is our take on an English-Style Brown Ale. Smooth with hints of dark chocolate malt coming from the grain bill which is specifically designed to bring out more of the chocolate malt flavor. When brewing this brown ale, we match our water chemistry to the water chemistry in London, England. Made with NY state ingredients, this beer is a perfect balance of malt, chocolate, and lightly roasted coffee flavors.

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown color with a thin white foamy cap of a little head which slid off and barely left any lace.
Aroma: rich nuttiness, caramel/toffee malts, some dark chocolate, milk chocolate, coffee tones
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together sweet and roasty, sly aftertaste of nuts, roast, chocolate and coffee
Texture: between light and medium bodied, sessionable, very smooth along the tongue, finishes nutty, smooth and malty
Overall: nicely done English brown ale and might be a decent brown to have with dessert the next time I am able to have this again.

Can, @ Malt & Mold sampling. Pours hazy brown with small frothy beige head, faint caramel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter caramel taste, thin body, long finish. Nice.
