Can, pale yellow with white head. Medium body. Bready aroma, taste, with sweet malt and mild hops finish.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet belgian yeast aromas. Soft and sweet with mochi and caramel upfront turning to mild earthy citrus peel in the medium length finish.

Draught @ Milk and Hops. Cloudy lemon yellow with foamy whitish head, faint earthy aroma, high carbonation, medium earthy taste, thin body, longish finish. Nice saison, refreshing and clean.

From my frere: pours lightly hazy with a white head. Aroma is light farmhouse funk, light fruitiness, flowery. Taste is super lightly bitter. Very smooth and almost creamy. Very dry. Nice beer.

Draft at Beer Culture. Murky yellowish color with a thin, slightly fizzy head. Light, spotty lacework. Bright, yeasty aroma. Lemon, pepper / spice, herbal notes. Grass. Really nice flavor. Bright, tingly feel. Lots of yeast. A little funk. Really enjoyed it.

On tap at McGillicuddys, Five Corners, Essex Junction, VT.
The appearance was a soft golden yellow color with a sly transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Just a cap of a little white bar pours kind of head. No lace.
The aroma had some sweet herbal to grassy to floral character, a little white pepper, some lemon pulp, subtle earthiness and ended with a little bit of yeasty/white bread.
The flavor carried the prior mentioned aromas together sweetly and had that white pepper gracefully touch the back end. Aftertaste was herbal and floral. Finish was a quaint herbal to floral tone.
The palate was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt fine.
Overall, pretty good saison that I could have again.
