Can at Bryant Park. One of those beers that does what exactly it says on the tin and nothing more, but it’s actually enough. Intensely fruity, this classic combo works quite well, it’s light and refreshing with a pleasant, moderate level of sourness. Hit the spot for me.

Keg at Brewdog Paddington, 13/07/22. Watermelon pink with a faded crimson cap. Nose is pink grapefruit, lychee, guava, sharp citric zest. Taste comprises watermelon pips, sharp citric zest, grapefruit, grass, light acidic tickle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a sharp puckering climax. Solid refreshing sour.

Keg at the Brewdog Doghouse Edinburgh. Pours milky pinkish red with a thick white head. Aromas of strawberry and light tropical fruit. Taste is more of the same. Light sour finish.

Hazy pink pour with a lasting white head. Aromas of tropical fruits (no surprise) and red berries, tastes of guava, red berries with a sour aftertaste. Perfect summer drink.

A pink grapefruit juice ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, loads of guava, tropical fruit, light strawberry, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light guava, tropical fruit, light mineral notes, light strawberry, very nice. Can from NYC.
