Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet and tart grapefruit with some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has tart grapefruit with a light sweetness and a bit of hay underlying.

375mL bottle, pours a clear amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is hot, with gasoline and tart red fruits. Flavour is vile, with gasoline, tart fruits and vinegar. This is gross. Undrinkable, a drain pour.

Somewhere between a 2 and 4oz draft or bottle (didn’t write it down) pour at SAVOR 2015’s Saturday night session. Poured a hazy amber-red color with a small white head. Aroma was light caramel, floral hops, some herbal notes. Light lemon and some barnyard funk notes. Tart berries.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours orange with a small white head. Aroma is vinegar and sour funk, with very small malt backbone. Taste is rather sour, slightly lemony, quite vinegary (a light vinegar though). A well put together sour.
