We’ve gone through great lengths to refine the process to yield a Rich and Creamy Flavor and mouth feel to show case the decadent flavors yet leave the harsh taste that dark grains can often leave behind. Incredible mouthfeel yet not cloyingly sweet to aid in its drinkability.

On tap at Uno Chicago Grill in Hamilton, NJ. Jet black pour. Creamy tan ring. Subtle roasted malt nose. Flavor upfront is bittersweet roasted malt. Notes of dark chocolate, French Roast coffee, licorice and burnt toast. At 7% ABV, this is eminently drinkable. Bold flavors aside, this is a delicious example of the classic American Porter.

On tap at the Roost. Murky brown with some khaki. Smokey and malty nose. Licorice and molasses. Flavor same. Big and meaty. Solid. 7% suits this well. 8 4 8 4 14

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, roasted, dusty, taste is similar, cereal, light bitterness.

Can. pours almost black with a beige head. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee notes. Good stuff.

Black with a medium sized foamy dark brown head that left good lacing. Strong coffee and chocolate with a malty undertone. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Bottled 500ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Black coloured, medium sized white head, chocolate and light roasty nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, some light coffee and discreet roasty finish. Not bad but overpriced for sure. 20€.

Bottle at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Ogi. Dark, small head. Light roasty, nutty, slightly chocolate, a touch of caramel, vanilla and cardboard. Light, drinkable, vanilla, nuts, cardboard. Smooth but thin. Light roasty finish. Doesn't age as nice as some would expect.

Pours a dark, coffee-black, with smallish tan head. Aroma is coffee, baking chocolate, roasted malt. Flavors follow, along with some nuttiness and a touch of leather. Very smooth mouthfeel. Quite good.
