Thanks Jeremy for this can from New-York. An excellent porter more stout, I could say, powerfu aromas, roasted malt, cacao, coffee, hop, 23.09.18, at Colmar, during a trip in family.

Can to mug.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color; two and a half fingers of khaki foamy head dissipated to leave some mild lace
Aroma: dark roasted malts; sly chocolatey tones (milk and dark); great dose of coffee notes, and a light dose of caramel
Flavor: wraps the prior noted aromas up semi-sweetly and roasty with a mild aftertaste of coffee and dark chocolate
Texture: between light and medium bodied; some sessionability about it, semi-smooth with some roasty grip on tongue; finishes with the dark chocolate and coffee notes
Overall: I'd say a nicely done porter and I believe leans a bit more towards the American style rather than the English one.

Pours very dark brown and smells of chocolate, coffee, and roast malt. It has a well balanced flavor with chocolate accented dark roast malt lingering in the finish. Nice porter.

From Beer Drop, no dating on the can.
It pours black with a massive head of tan foam, good lacing and retention.
The smell is roasted malt, chocolate, hints of coffee and smoke?
The taste is roasted malt, dark chocolate, caramel malt, coffee, maybe some smoke notes. Very flavourful.
Good mouthfeel, really good Porter.

16 ounce can. Dark brown black pour. Creamy tan head dissipates quickly. Roasted malt aroma. Notes of burnt caramel and chocolate. Flavor follows nose. Sweet roasted malt, cocoa and coffee notes. Easy drinking and full of roasted malt flavor. A very well made Porter.

Can, from City Hops. Pours inky dark brown with spongy tan head, faint caramel malt aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter mocha/dark chocolate taste, smooth but a bit thin body, long smooth dark chocolate finish. Very smooth and easy to drink.
