On tap at Butcher’s Tears. Hazy pale golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of Bison Kit, juniper/elderflower/glue, coriander seed. Weird and herbal. Flavour is sweet, herbal, some wheat, light spicy, yeast, herbal bitterness. Light-bodied. Didn’t really enjoy this.
