dHop3 is a 8.5% DIPA that investigates the interplay between our fermentation and an intensive Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy forward hop bill woven four times into its creative process. It pours a very murky tangerine color releasing notes of passion fruit, lime, and pineapple integrated with a juicy twist. The taste is highly resinous, dank-citrus, and pine with a brightness that builds towards the finish and ends with a graceful but firm bitterness.
