Dorada y brillante, con aromas ligeros a lúpulo. Es un estilo híbrido entre Ale y Lager, originario de la ciudad de Colonia en Alemania. En ella usamos lúpulos alemanes que le brindan sabor, aroma y amargor. Nuestra Kölsch busca darle un giro "original a lo tradicional”, refrescante para el clima de Panamá.

Well done kolsch. Good balance. Golden slightly hazy pour with ok head. Crisp finish. Easy drinking. Bottle.

Bottle. Faintly cloudy golden with small foamy off-white head, malt aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter sparsely hopped malty taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Nothing special.
