Een blond bier van 8,0% ABV. Dit was het eerste bier van de brouwerij. Het heeft iets van een witbier door de toevoeging van koriander en tarwemout. Een mooi gebalanceerde en makkelijke doordrinker. Licht kruidig bier met een mooie gouden kleur en een mooie schuimkraag. Licht hoppig, met kruidige en mouttoetsen.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting Feb. 2014. Pours hazy yellow with a small creamy head. Yeast and phenols - a bit of smoke and leather. Medium bodied.

Odense drinking Belgian Beer in February. Hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with bubblegum and some grass, and a dusty, yeasty note. Sweetish yeasty and fruity flavour

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, citrus, spices. Flavour is sweet, malt, citrus, alcohol, spices. full body. Nice beer.

Bottle 330ml.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, light coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops - malt, yeasty, spicy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130629]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt and hops. Sweet and bitter finish.

17 Dec 2012: in Daisey’s, Bruggge. Hazy light yellow with a small covering of white bubbles for a head: looked like the sort of thing you don’t want see in a urinal after using it. Too citrusy for me: toilet duck lemon flavoured brew that didn’t improve as it warmed in the glass. Can’t say I really enjoyed this, but I’ve tried to score objectively.

bottle at home ... golden yellow ... small white head ... soft sweet zezty lemon... floral hop ... juicy fruits ... soft floral orange ... light yeast in backbone ... tiny vegative.
