The appearance is that of orange juice. Aroma and flavor are a mirror. Mild sour week, lactic acid, moderate amount of citrus. Very mild salt hand. About what you would expect from this brewery.

Pours hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of sourdough and mild yeast. Taste is sour, lactic elements are noticeable on the back of the tongue. The palate is intriguing, notes of clementine and citrus are noticeable, as are muted sourdough notes. Excellent gose!

At a tasting, thanks, quickly dissapearing, gushing bubbly fizzy head, cloufy orange color, with yellow hues and a green tinge, mineral aroma with some citrus and hints of waffle, yeastiness and vanila, fruity citrus flavor, mellow sour and salty, spicy whiff. Nice and enjoyable.
