Fractal Citra/Mosaic investigates the interplay between Citra, Mosaic, and our slightly revised processes. Fractal Citra & Mosaic pours a resinous-hazy-straw yellow releasing complex aromas of dank citrus, passion fruit, earthy grass, and tropical melon. The taste is resinous, dank pineapple juice, touch of pine, and ends with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness.

Golden, cloudy with a medium white head. A tropical fruit nose with hops and citrus sense. Medium bitter with a tropical fruit and hop end.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruitcake, some herbal, grassy and mild wooden tones. Flavour is herbal, grassy, fruity and some wooden tones. Some bitterness in the finish too.

Grapefruit and pine—nice hops profile here. Slightly hazy golden pour with decent head. Clean finish. Pretty nice hazy IPA, without any of the green onion hop tang on the finish. Just a fruity top. Tap at Midlands.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes to skim surface leaving spot lacing. Pine and passion fruit aromas. Soft with pineapple, papaya, guava and melon upfront turning to dusty pine and passion fruit in the medium length finish.

A totally murky and golden beer, a head is almost medium and blond. Aroma has mango, grapefruit, some pineapple and mandarin. Taste has nice juicyness, grapefruit, orange, some mango, mild bitterness. Medium bodied. Nice and juicy.

Hazy pale yellow colour with lasting lacy head. Aroma and flavour have lime zest and mandarin pulp. Low carbonation. Slightly creamy.

Can picked up from Kihoskh and shared at home (10/09/2021) - hazy golden pour with a white head. Vibrant fruity with waves of grapefruit, paissionfruit, juicy satsuma segments, pineapple, just a fleeting light accent of mosaic blueberry, soft sweet malty backing with a medium body, piney light bitter robust hoppy finish. 473ml can. Stingy hoppy, orange juicy and slightly sweetish with some floral notes, pineapple and tropical notes, no bitterness in the finish. Okay, a bit untypical hop profile for Equilibrium.

[ As Equilibrium Fractal Citra/Mosaic ].
ABV: 6.8%. Murky matt medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, dank, earthy grass, minerals - celery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, citrus, fruity hops, grass - green, cryo, dank, odd - weird, earthy grass. IMO: quit odd - this cryo odd (hard to describe) !! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20210817]
