This new 3.9% alcohol by volume summer slammer is a brewed with a boat-load of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra hops from Perrault Farms.
This dry and hoppy copper ale is packed full of some of our favorite Northwestern Hops from Perrault Farms (over 2 lbs. per barrel!), and copper-died with some dark crystal malts to make this tropical, earthy, and stoooopdly flammable ale.

Bottled (Willys Umeå Syd). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, resiny and some mild herbal and sweet malty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, grassy and some nice malty notes.

Bottle 35,5 cl. 3.5% in this made for Sweden version. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Some really dank hops in the nose. Light-bodied, dry and fruity with a dry but not overly bitter finish. Alright. 181218

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm. 3.5%) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of apricots, orange peel, caramel and crisp-bread. Fruity, hoppy taste with dried apricots, orange peel, crisp-bread, toffee, some black-currant, leafy hops and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

On tap at Lagunitas Seattle, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry herbal hops, with toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is quite dry, with a herbal hop character, with some grass and vegetal notes. Not too impressed with this.
