Draught @ Malt & Mold. Hazy pale yellow with very small frothy whitish head, acidic aroma, high carbonation, tart taste, thin body, long tart finish. The wood fermentation has not left any special flavor.

Tap at just had to drop in. Bright greenish gold. Nose is lactic and pine. Was debating adding as either sour or pale ale. So it’s their Floodwatch IPA fermented in wood barre for awhile. Just the right amount of sourness to go with the hops. Lemon and lime and mango and pine. Normally don’t love sour ipas but I’m digging this one. Dry finish fruity after tones.
